Terms of Use

Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms cover the Halyx website (halyx.xyz) and app (app.halyx.xyz). Halyx is an interface. It is not an exchange, broker, custodian or advisor. Trades happen on Arcus and Hyperliquid, under those venues' own terms, in accounts you control.

Who can use Halyx

Halyx is not available to a Restricted Person. You are a Restricted Person if you reside in, are located in, are a citizen of, are incorporated in, or have a registered office in any of these places. The list is the union of the places Hyperliquid and Arcus already restrict:

We block connections from these places. The block looks at the country, and where the network tells us, the region. It is not a guarantee, and it does not decide the law that applies to you. You are responsible for whether using Halyx is legal where you are. Using a VPN, proxy or any other means to get around the block breaks these terms, and we may close your access.

You also may not use Halyx if doing so would break a law that applies to you, including sanctions laws, or if you are on a sanctions list.

What you trade with

You connect a wallet you control. Turning on trading creates a trade-only key. That key can place and cancel orders. It cannot withdraw. You approve a bot key the same way, one per venue, and you can revoke either key. Halyx never holds your funds and never holds a key that can move them out.

Link mobile copies this browser's trade-only keys and its bots sign-in to your phone through a QR code, after one wallet signature. The code expires within minutes. Anyone who scans it in that time can trade on your account (never withdraw), so don't share or screenshot it. Revoking or renewing a key cuts off every device that shares it.

Orders, fills and positions live on the venue. Halyx shows them and can send instructions you asked for. A venue can reject an order, halt a market, or delay data. Prices on the screen can lag the venue.

Bots and algos

Algos and bots, including market making, grids, delta-neutral trades and farming campaigns, send real orders when you run them live. They can lose money, trade more than you expected, or keep a position open. Paper mode is a simulation on the live book. It is not a promise of what live trading will do. Limits, guards and a max loss are tools. They can fail, lag, or not cover a move.

You choose the markets, size and risk. Halyx does not manage your money and does not recommend a trade. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or tax advice.

Fees

You pay the venue's own trading fees. On Hyperliquid, orders placed through Halyx can include a builder fee that you approve in the app. Arcus orders placed through Halyx do not add a Halyx fee; Halyx may receive a share of Arcus's own fees through Arcus's referral program, at no extra cost to you. There is no deposit, withdrawal or subscription fee. The venue can change its own fees.

Referrals

Referral rewards are discounts on the Halyx fee, never payouts. A referral is set once and can't be moved to another code. We can change the discount levels or end the program; discounts already applied to past trades stay. Codes that impersonate someone, or referrals made with your own wallets, can be removed.

Venue points and rewards

Points, airdrops, fee tiers and other reward programs belong to the venues, under their own rules. Halyx is not part of them and does not promise that any activity through Halyx will count, or keep counting. Venues can reduce, withhold or forfeit rewards, including after the fact.

Venue rules can rule out activity that bots and algos can be set up to do. Arcus's points terms, for example, rule out wash trading, self-trading, trades between related wallets or accounts, and hedged, delta-neutral or circular activity done mainly to earn points. Halyx runs a strategy the way you set it up. It is your responsibility to check that what you run, including across your own wallets, fits each venue's rules. Halyx is not liable for rewards a venue reduces, withholds or forfeits.

Acceptable use

You will not use Halyx to break the law, to evade sanctions or a venue's regional rules, to manipulate a market, to disrupt the service, or to probe it for a weakness without permission. That includes wash trading or trading between your own wallets or accounts to fake activity. You will not misrepresent where you are.

Availability

Halyx is provided as is. It can be interrupted, wrong, or withdrawn. We can change or stop any part of it, and we can refuse access, including where these terms or a venue's rules are broken.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Halyx is not liable for trading losses, missed fills, liquidations, venue outages, delayed or wrong market data, rewards or points a venue reduces or withholds, or a bot or algo doing what it was set to do. You trade at your own risk. Perpetual futures can lose you more than a small move, quickly, especially with leverage.

Other terms

Arcus and Hyperliquid have their own terms, and those govern your use of their venues. If those terms and these disagree about the venue, the venue's terms win. If a part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

We can update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Using Halyx after that means you accept the update.
